hi there! i’m usagi (she/her) — the creator behind usagi x usagi, a small, artist-run brand specializing in kawaii handmade goods, decoden art, and anime-inspired accessories made for self-expression, fun, and a little extra sparkle. 💖

what started as a hobby making charms, accessories, and decoden crafts for fun quickly grew into something magical — a space where anime fans, cosplayers, collectors, and lovers of all things kawaii can find pieces that help them feel like the main character of their life.

every item in this shop is handmade with love (and maybe too many sparkles ✨). from strawberry-scented car air fresheners and barbed wire heart necklaces to bunny charm keychains and decoden toploaders, each piece is thoughtfully designed to bring joy, personality, and a little chaos into your everyday life.

my inspiration comes from the things i love most: anime, fandom culture, pastel aesthetics, and the creativity of con-goers and online communities. i love blending kawaii with street and alternative styles — creating accessories that are cute, expressive, and just a little soft but deadly. i couldn’t find pieces that felt like my style, so i made them myself — and that’s how usagi x usagi was born.

because everything is handmade, items are often created in small batches or as one-of-one pieces, making each drop feel special and collectible. every order is carefully packaged with custom details so your happy mail feels just as thoughtful as the piece inside.

community is at the heart of everything i do. through interactive drops, collaborations, and charity-focused releases like kindness is kawaii, usagi x usagi is a space built on creativity, kindness, and self-expression.

hi, i’m usagi — the heart behind usagi x usagi.
this project was inspired by one of my favorite animes, hunter x hunter, and became so much more than i ever expected.

i’m endlessly grateful to the bunny gang for being here with me — for supporting my dreams and helping me build this little world, brick by brick.

if you’re new, here’s a bit of usagi’s lore:

she grew up with a tough childhood, and now she heals through joy.
through art, cozy hobbies, fashion, anime, and the little things that make life feel softer.

she’s an introvert at heart.
a full-time college student who wants to be an artist.
and honestly… she’s just like me fr.

usagi’s goal has always been simple:
to spread joy through her art, and to heal through the things she doesn’t always talk about.

i created the usagi project as a safe space — not just for me,
but for anyone who’s ever felt misunderstood, out of place, or too much.

because growing up, i was always judged for how i dressed, how i did my makeup, and what i loved.
and deep down, i knew there was nothing wrong with choosing happiness.

as i got older, i realized something:
people will always have opinions — no matter what you do.

so you might as well do what makes you happy.
future you will thank you for it.
