♡ SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT 

Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS days for fulfillment,
**UNLESS otherwise stated due to special circumstances.
( excluding Sundays, federal holidays, & unexpected shipping delays )**
Depending on either DOMESTIC or INTERNATIONAL orders,
shipping times may vary:

DOMESTIC Orders vary from 1-5 BUSINESS** days.
INTERNATIONAL Orders can take up to 5-21 BUSINESS** days.
  

Please understand that we can't control shipping times, & with major delays due to COVID and other unknown events, so please be patient~!

Customers should receive shipping confirmation once the order is shipped out to their provided emails.

Please double check all shipping information!

Customers will be responsible for reshipping fees on all returned packages due to wrong address information

If your order is shipped and you have entered your shipping address incorrectly you can contact USPS to intercept your package (or whichever carrier applies to your order).

 

  

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Please include your full name, address, phone number & email address for customs information.
 
 Customer will also be responsible for custom fees due upon collection.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH TRACKING INFORMATION TO MAKE SURE THEY ARRIVE SAFELY. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES SUCH AS DUTIES AND TAXES, WHICH ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COSTS. THESE FEES ARE DETERMINED BY YOUR COUNTRY BASED ON TYPE OF ITEM AND DECLARED VALUE.  

 

WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND FEES  AND WE CANNOT MODIFY THE DECLARED ITEM VALUE FOR YOU. THE CUSTOMER IS ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ANY ADDITIONAL FEES.


♡ RETURN POLICY ♡

All online orders permit to our 15-day return policy.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging, unless product is defective/damaged. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase/photo proof so please have your order number ready or included in the body of the email.


 EXCHANGES/REFUNDS ♡

Please be aware!
Availability may be limited for certain items.
There may be no 100% guarantee for exchanges for limited stock items.

Make sure to double check product photos with their listings, especially for those with multiple variants. 

We will cancel your order and you will have to place a new order with us.



 DAMAGES & ISSUES ♡

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ♡ 


 EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS ♡

Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example-- custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), jewelry that have already been worn, and items that are damaged NOT due to shipping or manufacturer errors. 

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items.


ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL - NO EXCEPTIONS. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS ARE NOT OFFERED ON FINAL SALE ITEMS. 


We are also
 NOT able to refund or return INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

♡ STICKER APPLICATION ♡

ALL STICKERS ARE MADE WITH CAR-GRADE VINYL, AND CAN BE USED IN OUTDOOR SETTINGS AS WELL (UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE).

 PLEASE CHECK THE DESCRIPTION ADEQUATELY.

To ensure maximum life from your decals, please ensure the surface is cleaned before application.
