RETURN POLICY
All online orders permit to our 15-day return policy.| We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. |
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging, unless product is defective/damaged. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase/photo proof so please have your order number ready or included in the body of the email.
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Make sure to double check product photos with their listings, especially for those with multiple variants.
We will cancel your order and you will have to place a new order with us.

There may be no 100% guarantee for exchanges for limited stock items.
One-of-a-kind and custom/commissioned items are also final sale.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example-- custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), jewelry that have already been worn, and items that are damaged NOT due to shipping or manufacturer errors.Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items.
